Job Overview As a Partner Manager, you are required to be strategic, resilient, and engaging with people as well as to show an entrepreneurial spirit, as you will dedicate a significant part of your time to managing and expanding our partnerships into new areas, as well as building strong relationships with new partners. Reporting directly to our EVP Global Alliance, you will build strong relationships with new customers and strengthen ties with longstanding ones, increase brand visibility and internal and external enablement, as well as influence target revenue growth. Key responsibilities Support, maintain, and grow Alliance relationships across Italy with senior stakeholders as well, always ensuring to be in line with the OverIT strategy; Cross-functionally work with Business Unit leaders, sales, technical, and marketing teams to establish strategic growth plans, resulting in new pipeline opportunities; Align with OverIT solution experts to develop offerings designed to influence revenue growth; Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to represent OverIT when joining various sector events; Successfully deliver improvements by managing partner deal registration and status evaluation criteria as to ensure partners positively impact OverIT. Requirements and skills 7+ years’ experience in technology alliances and business development; 7+ years’ experience in SaaS applications; Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed assigned targets / KPIs; Experience in Solution Integration (SI / GSI) environments and partner ecosystems; Proven ability to lead and influence cross-collaboration teams; Exceptional communication, writing, and organizational skills; Strong business acumen and confidence presenting to executive leadership teams; Strategic thinking skills to navigate complex organizational structures; Proven ability to manage relationships, business development, pipeline, and processes; Independent working abilities, not hesitating to ask for support when needed; Dynamic attitude, personality, and drive; Flexible and proactive team-player attitude is a must.
