Head of Sales & Marketing (all-rounder) - Unicampus Apartments Unicampus Apartments è una Società di student housing in rapida crescita con 4 strutture attive a Roma e un piano di espansione sia a Roma che in altre città d’Italia e all’Estero nei prissimi mesi e anni. Siamo un team piccolo ma determinato, dove tutti danno il loro contributo, in piena armonia e coordinamento (Startup style). Cerchiamo un Head of Sales & Marketing che si occupi di vendite, strategie di revenue e crescita commerciale in tutti gli strutture Unicampus. Il suo successo dipende dal suo coinvolgimento concreto nelle esigenze aziendali, mettendo “le mani in pasta” anche in situazioni critiche. Le vendite sono la priorità. Il marketing serve a supportarle, mai il contrario. Vendite, Revenue & Strategia Commerciale (Focus principale) Gestire e implementare strategie di vendita e revenue su tutte le Strutture Massimizzare occupazione, pricing e performance stagionali Gestire e negoziare tutti gli accordi commerciali (università, agenti, partner, istituzioni, ecc.) Supportare la strategia commerciale per l’apertura di nuove Strutture CRM & Operations Commerciali Prendere piena ownership del CRM Migliorare continuamente i processi di vendita per massimizzare conversioni e ricavi Progettare, testare e lanciare nuovi servizi e opportunità di vendita aggiuntive Marketing, Comunicazione & Brand (Lean e orientato alle vendite) Creare un setup semplice ed efficace di marketing e branding semplice ed efficace, dalle fondamenta, seguendo le linee guida aziendali Garantire chiarezza e coerenza su sito web, annunci e materiali Eseguire azioni di marketing pratiche e orientate alle vendite, senza campagne complicate Dare il proprio contributo diretto ai diversi Reparti, efficacemente e in un’ottica “low cost” Rappresentare Unicampus a fiere, eventi universitari e settoriali quando utile per vendite o partnership g. non tutto in outsourcing, ma pronto a scrivere testi, preparare locandine, organizzare il CRM, preparare presentazioni etc.) Pronto a “ship fast” and test Ottima conoscenza dell’italiano e dell’inglese (obbligatoria). La conoscenza di una terza lingua è un plus ~2+ anni di esperienza in vendite, preferibilmente nel settore hospitality e/o real estate o simili. Esperienza in student housing, hospitality, coliving è un grande plus ~ Conoscenza di CRM (Hubspot o simili), Canva (o simili), Powerpoint, Keynote, Social Media Management ~ Public speaking skills in italiano e inglese Opportunità di crescita esponenziale, con continui nuovi opening, anche all’estero com - Easy Apply non verrà considerato per le candidature.
