Crown Tours is a fast-growing international tour operator delivering high-quality tours and experiences across multiple destinations. As we continue to expand our commercial footprint, we're looking for a senior Head of Sales to lead and scale our sales organization.
The Role
This is a key leadership position responsible for driving revenue growth across multiple sales channels, both on-the-ground and online.
You will lead the Sales Team, structure scalable sales processes, and define the overall online & offline sales strategy, including partnerships and new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and grow the Sales Team across different locations
- Coordinate on-the-spot sales activities in Crown Tours' front offices
- Define and execute a global sales strategy, covering:
- Online sales channels
- Offline sales initiatives
- Strategic partnerships (B2B, affiliates, resellers)
- Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance frameworks
- Build and optimize sales processes, tools, and reporting
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Management
- Identify new revenue streams and growth opportunities
- Ensure consistency in sales standards and brand positioning
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role (Head of Sales / Sales Director)
- Strong experience managing and motivating sales teams
- Solid background in multi-channel sales (on-site, online, partnerships)
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English (other languages are a plus)
- Experience in tourism, travel, or hospitality is a strong plus
