Join to apply for the Groups & Events Agent role at Castiglion del Bosco, A Rosewood HotelWe are recruiting for a Groups & Events Agent position to join the team at Castiglion del Bosco, A Rosewood Hotel for the 2026 season.Discover your CallingAs Groups & Events Agent, you will be responsible for providing full assistance to the Groups & Events Team, ensuring that all incoming objectives are met and that events run smoothly.Essential duties and responsibilitiesAssist the Groups & Events Manager/Executive in planning all event and hotel experience details with the client, including food and beverage selection, menu tastings, audio‑visual needs, equipment rental, supplier details & referral, guestroom reservations, transportation, recreational activities, and more.Anticipate client needs while suggesting unique and memorable experiences.Participate in the weekly BEO meeting to communicate all information on upcoming events to the operational departments.Ensure that all definitive functions are detailed accurately on Banquet Event Orders, signed by clients, and distributed to designated departments on a timely basis.Maintain organized events information and assist with any additional event-related projects or duties.Maintain a complete knowledge of Rosewood high standards of service and hospitality, departmental policies, and service procedures.Exhibit a friendly, caring, and courteous manner when dealing with guests, staff, and fellow employees.Job RequirementsStrong written and spoken Italian and English.Superb organizational skills.Detail‑oriented.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Ensure guest and employee privacy and security by respecting confidential information.High level of attention to detail and refined manners with exceptional communication skills.Model the company’s culture, vision, mission and core values at all times.Being part of the Rosewood team means that learning and development opportunities are available, and with the hotel being a key part of Rosewood’s global expansion plans, this role could be a stepping‑stone to exciting international career opportunities.Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Castiglion del Bosco, A Rosewood Hotel by 2×.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeContractJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentIndustriesHospitality#J-18808-Ljbffr
