**Overview about the role**:
We are currently looking for an Account Manager for the sector “decorative/furniture films” within our Pharma, Health & Durables division who will be accountable for delivering commercial element of sector growth and margin targets. One of your main tasks will be acquiring customers to increase the customer basis and turnover. This is a remote role and will report to the Sector Sales Manager Cards & Graphics EMEA
**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
Develops and implements account plans to accommodate sector and regional goals.
Develops and aligns budgets within jurisdiction as well as ensure and initiate appropriate actions in case of target-actual divergences.
Closely monitors and manages volume/margin balance to maximize contribution margin growth.
Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
Actively manages order entry and order backlog.
Designs optimal route to market by selecting agents and distribution channels.
Owns opportunity pipeline and ensures sufficient pipeline conversion rate.
Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
Ensures customer-related information is captured in complete and timely manner in CRM system, e.g. transparency on kp share of wallet and competitors’ supplies at customers.
Conducts business calls at customers and maintains relationships.
Leads the negotiation and conclusion of contracts with customers, in conjunction with his manager.
Represents the company by attending trade association meetings and events including exhibitions, customer/supplier events and other networking opportunities.
Depending on organizational setup and current resource allocation, also supports in Marketing and product-related activities.
**Who we are looking for**:
You might be a fit if you have Bachelor's Degree or equivalent or four to ten years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. If you have 3-5 years experiences selling decorative /furniture films it would be perfect.
**Here are more requirements**:
Excellent Sales experiences with deep understanding of B2B markets.
Appropriate industry experiences and a good regional network (mainly southern parts of Germany and Italy)
**Language skills**: English and Italian on a fluent level. German helpful but not required.
Extensive business travels domestically and internationally required
**IT knowledge**: MS Office, Salesforce would be a plus
