Our vision for Customer Service at BD

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Troubleshooting towards internal and external clients
- Ability to look after complaints
- handle invoice rejections
- Follow up of the orders
- Good Excel Level

**About you**:

- Diploma or higher education
- Proven track record in customer service
- Proficient English
- Previous experience in medical devices/healthcare sector is an asset
