**_Are you specialist customer care looking for a new opportunity?_**

As a Specialist Customer Care you have to prepare proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. Works on the basis of a predefined sales plan.

As a Specialist Customer Care you are responsible for:

- Responding to customer needs for quotes, coordinating response if a request is different from the standardized offers.
- Handles standardized products with pre-defined options.
- Contributes to predefined contracts and a framework of conditions and prices is set.
- Handles targeted clients
- Discusses sales approach with manager.
- Leads a department of medium-large personnel costs.
- Handles Low - Medium - region size, stable region, established market presence

**Follow your passion**

To be successful in your role:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong problem solving skills.
