Siamo alla ricerca di un Pizzaiolo Sous Chef dedicato ed esperto per unirsi al nostro team culinario in un prestigioso ristorante italiano all'Aia. Come Pizzaiolo Sous Chef, avrai un ruolo fondamentale nell'assistere lo Chef Capo in tutti gli aspetti delle operazioni in cucina, garantendo che i nostri ospiti vivano esperienze culinarie italiane eccezionali. Questa è un'opportunità fantastica per un individuo talentuoso che desidera far progredire la propria carriera in un ambiente dinamico e di supporto.

**Responsabilità**:

- Collaborazione: Lavorare a stretto contatto con lo Chef Capo per sviluppare ed eseguire offerte di menu italiane innovative e di alta qualità.
- Operazioni Giornalieri: Supervisionare le operazioni quotidiane della cucina, inclusa la preparazione dei cibi, la cottura e la presentazione dei piatti.
- Gestione del Personale: Formare, guidare e supervisionare il personale di cucina per garantire una performance costante e conformità agli standard di qualità.
- Gestione Inventario e Costi: Mantenere i livelli di inventario, gestire i costi alimentari e minimizzare gli sprechi.
- Conformità: Garantire l'adesione alle normative di sicurezza alimentare e igiene.
- Pianificazione del Menu: Assistere nella pianificazione del menu, nello sviluppo delle ricette e nella coordinazione di eventi speciali.

**Requisiti**:

- Esperienza: Esperienza precedente come Sous Chef o Chef de Partie Senior in un ambiente di cucina ad alto volume, preferibilmente in un ristorante italiano.
- Leadership: Forti capacità di leadership e comunicazione, con la capacità di motivare e ispirare il personale di cucina.
- Competenza Culinarie: Competenza culinaria comprovata e passione per la creazione di piatti italiani innovativi e memorabili.
- Organizzazione: Eccellenti capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo.
- Regolamenti: Conoscenza delle normative di sicurezza alimentare e igiene.
- Flessibilità: Disponibilità a lavorare nelle serate, nei fine settimana e durante le festività, se necessario.
- Lingue: Padronanza dell'inglese; conoscenze di altre lingue sono un plus.
