Manitowoc, international leader in providing lifting equipments and solutions with our brands Potain and Grove, is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to strenght the Product Support Team based in Lainate, Milano.

**Main Responsibilities in this Role**
- Be contact point for customer in order to fullfill all requirements and contracts related to telematichs system on cranes (remote control).
- New client creation on Potain Connect (remote control) with abonnement activation in the system.
- Support customer with Potain Connect account creation, login and using of the tool
- Collaborate with the Product Support Team on daily Service activities (es.technical customer support, service technician management, job site, ecc)

**To be successful in this Role**
- Technical background in electronics or mecanics
- Good Office
- Good English (French as a plus)
- Good organizational skills and Precision
- Teamwork
- Customer focus
