AXA Partners Italy is looking for a Claims & Customer Service Associate based in Milan.

Type of contract: Fixed Term Contract

Reporting to the Operations for Credit & Lifestyle Protection, this role will be a member of the Claims & Customer Service Team.

According to skills, experience and performance Claims and Customer Associates are classified as follows: Entry Level Associate (Junior), Experienced Associate (EXP) and Senior Associate (Master)

**The Claims & Customer Service Associate **will have to demonstrate strong performance**:

- Provide good service to customers (Junior, EXP, Master)
- Achieve and surpass customer expectations (Junior, EXP, Master)
- Act as a point of reference for colleagues (Master)
- Champion and support change (Master)
- Act as a point of reference in the Manager’s absence (Master)
- Demonstrate ability to analyse and interpret data (EXP, Master)

**Your Profile**
**Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience**
- Experience in a similar function or in a customer call centre will be a plus
- Customer service orientated and able to work under pressure
- High degree of responsibility, analytical and able to think “out of the box”
- Experience in claims handling will be a plus
- English Speaker
- Energetic with commitment to deliver
