Inserita all’interno del team di pianificazione e controllo e riportando al’Head of Planning and Control la figura ricercata avrá le seguenti Responsabilitá e funzioni
- Assicurare l’elaborazione e la documentazione dei principali KPI a supporto della gestione del business, garantendo l’analisi e l’individuazione di possibili azioni correttive verso i target aziendali;
- Contribuire alla definizione ed aggiornamento di analisi e report su processi e azioni con impatto sulla gestione operativa e l’orientamento delle scelte manageriali;
- Contribuire ad analisi di efficientamento trasversali e inter-funzionali con le diverse unità di business impattate;
- Analizzare, quantificare e pianificare i principali indicatori operativi ed economici per permettere il monitoraggio delle attività orientandone le decisioni/strategie;
- Sviluppare dashboard strutturate e consolidate sui sistemi di Business Intelligence presenti in azienda (redazione dei requisiti, supporto ai fornitori per gli sviluppi, collaudo, cascade verso le unità di business) principalmente con approcci Agile;
- Lavorare con i key business stakeholders per costruire un ambiente operativo agile e legato a programmi di Miglioramento continuo e di cambiamento

Istruzione:
Laurea in campo Economico/finanziario/statistico

Conoscenze Linguistiche:
Buona conoscenza dell’Inglese - la conoscenza dello Spagnolo e’ un plus

Esperienza precedente:
Almeno 4/5 anni di esperienza in ruoli similari - mercato delle utilities energetiche e’ un plus

Soft Skills:
Capacitá analitiche e di teamworking, problem solving e orientamento ai risultati

Vocazione per assumersi la responsabilità. Alta motivazione e forte capacità di iniziativa personale.

Competenze informatiche:
Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel, Powerpoint).
