UpSurgeOn was founded in 2017, the HQ is based in Milan, Italy and today is operating in 80 countries in the world.

**The Role**

The company is currently looking for a talented International Sales Specialist for the Commercial department in their Assago Office in Milan, who will be supporting UpSurgeOn in achieving their goals and objectives.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborating and support the company to develop inbound & outbound opportunities by managing timelines, sales funnels and product launch activities.
- Managing relationships with the customer accounts, such as single customers, Academies and Medtech industries, understanding their needs and handling their inquiries.
- Taking care of concluding negotiations mainly remotely (via calls/videocalls) for the activation of new business opportunities, but also through on-field customer visits.
- Contributing to the definition of customer-specific Educational projects and tracking their execution.
- Defining and monitoring company-wide sales KPIs and daily managing orders end-to-end.
- Planning and rolling out the launch of new products and services
- Analyzing markets, customers' trends, products, and competitors.
- Assisting customers in making appropriate purchasing decisions.
- Note: The prospecting activity is partially carried out by the company (which provides leads through inbound marketing and internal prospecting activities) and partially carried out by the collaborator.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Academic background in STEM, Management, Economics, or related disciplines
- At least 2-3 years of sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Strongly sales-oriented, with excellent negotiating skills
- Proficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Ability to build lasting relationships with customers and healthcare professionals/medtech companies
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written), German will be considered a plus.
