**Specialist Go To Market**

Il Gruppo Acea ricerca una persona da inserire come **specialist nella struttura Go To Market** in** **Acea Energia, Società del Gruppo che opera in ambito Commerciale e Trading, che offre soluzioni innovative e flessibili nella vendita di Energia e Gas naturale.

**La risorsa si occuperà di**:

- **CONTENT DESIGN**: elaborazione dei testi, organizzazione dei contenuti, definizione dell’architettura delle informazioni utili a promuovere le offerte commerciali di Acea Energia (commodity e VAS), con declinazione in ottica multichannel e in base alle specificità dei supporti/mezzi/formati utilizzati per la promozione al cliente finale, sia sui canali fisici sia sui canali digitali.
- **CUSTOMER ONBOARDING**: supporto alla definizione della strategia di valorizzazione dell’esperienza del cliente in tutte le sue fasi, già dal momento del primo contatto con Acea Energia, indipendentemente dal touchpoint e dal processo impattato. Obiettivo principale è quello di ottimizzare la journey del cliente per creare una relazione di valore durante l’intero “ciclo di vita del cliente”.
- **RETAIL**: definizione delle esigenze di realizzazione del materiale informativo, di allestimento e di promozione delle offerte commerciali; supervisione della realizzazione creativa e gráfica sulla base del concept promozionale definito; monitoraggio costante del livello di approvvigionamento dei canali e dei vari touchpoint con conseguente definizione del piano di refill.
- Interesse e competenza in ambito Digital e nell’utilizzo dei canali social;
- Utilizzo evoluto del pacchetto MS Office (in particolare PowerPoint ed Excel);
- Attitudine al problem solving, al team working e capacità di lavorare in modo cross-funzionale;
- Orientamento al cliente, al risultato e alla qualità.

Titolo di studio previsto: Laurea in comunicazione, marketing.
