Per la propria sede di Milano, Sky Italia ricerca uno/a stagista da inserire nel team di After Sales and Product Base Management, la cui mission è quella di assicurare il corretto svolgimento delle attività di Post Vendita per malfunzionamento dispositivi, dal contatto del cliente alla risoluzione del problem.

La risorsa dovrà essere di supporto alle attività di:

- Gestione e coordinamento delle attività di Post Vendita, dall’immissione controllata di nuovi prodotti ai processi di test e sostituzione dei materiali, con focus sulla Customer Experience;
- PM per Prj cross-funzionali;
- Monitoraggio dei KPI di struttura ed aggiornamento della reportistica;
- Realizzazione di analisi ad hoc su fenomeni emergenti o necessità specifiche.

Requisiti richiesti:

- Laurea specialistica preferibilmente in Economia Aziendale o Ingegneria gestionale;
- Conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office, in particolar modo di MS Excel e MS Power Point (preferibile conoscenza di MS Access);
- Curiosità e spirito di innovazione;
- Attitudine al problem solving;
- Capacità di adattamento a nuove situazioni e al lavoro in team;
- Autonomia nella gestione dei task nel rispetto delle scadenze;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
