Sky Italia cerca un neo laureato/a in Ingegneria Gestionale/ Economia Aziendale da inserire nel team di After Sales and Product Base Management (Direzione Supply Chain), la cui mission è assicurare il corretto svolgimento delle attività di Post Vendita per malfunzionamento dispositivi, dal contatto del cliente alla risoluzione del problem.

Descrizione delle attività:
La risorsa dovrà essere di supporto alle attività di:

- Gestione e coordinamento delle attività di Post Vendita, dall’immissione controllata di nuovi prodotti ai processi di test e sostituzione dei materiali, con focus sulla Customer Experience
- PM per Prj cross-funzionali
- Monitoraggio dei KPI di struttura ed aggiornamento della reportistica
- Realizzazione di analisi ad hoc su fenomeni emergenti o necessità specifiche

Requisiti:

- Laurea specialistica preferibilmente in Economia Aziendale o Ingegneria gestionale;
- Conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office, in particolar modo di MS Excel e MS Power Point (preferibile conoscenza di MS Access);
- Curiosità e spirito di innovazione;
- Attitudine al problem solving;
- Capacità di adattamento a nuove situazioni e al lavoro in team;
- Autonomia nella gestione dei task nel rispetto delle scadenze;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
