**FRONT OFFICE COMMERCIALE ASSICURATIVO**

Ricerchiamo per la zona di Salò e zone limitrofe una **risorsa con un po' di esperienza in ambito assicurativo, per assunzione stabile come Front Office commerciale presso consolidata Agenzia assicurativa**, con presenza pluridecennale e 4 sedi, che sta consolidando il suo team.

L’azienda fornisce servizi su misura per Persone, Famiglie, professionisti ed Aziende. Per prendersi cura adeguatamente dei numerosi clienti fidelizzati e continuare a crescere sta rinforzando la sua struttura.

Il ruolo prevede di essere a contatto con il cliente, di ascoltarlo, prendersi cura di risolvere, in seguito di anticipare i suoi problemi e le sue esigenze in modo continuativo. Al di là delle competenze e di familiarità con il settore, servono buone doti caratteriali, precisione, pazienza, cortesia, capacità di aiutare. Il suo risultato sono clienti soddisfatti, che si sentono ascoltati e ben gestiti, che sono interessati ad ulteriori soluzioni.

**LE MANSIONI INCLUDONO QUESTE ATTIVITA’**:

- Accoglienza clienti e assistenza telefonica.
- Supporto alle attività d’ufficio (gestione ed archiviazione documenti, contratti e pratiche assicurative)
- Gestione della parte contrattuale affinché i documenti siano conformi per pronta evasione.
- Gestione operativa delle polizze, delle pratiche di sinistri.
- Attività di customer care, fidelizzazione sui clienti esistenti.
- Presa appuntamenti con clienti, presentazione nuove soluzioni, attività commerciale con chiusura contratti.
- Utilizzo dei principali applicativi informatici e gestionali

**REQUISITI**:

- Diploma coerente con il ruolo, necessario per settore assicurativo.
- Esperienza pregressa nel settore assicurativo
- Gradita familiarità con prodotti assicurativi e consulenza, capacità di ascolto del cliente.
- In alternativa una persona veloce ad imparare, da formare.
- Buone capacità di relazione, pazienza, cortesia, senso del servizio, buona presenza ed ordine personale.
- Buona utente informatico, conoscenza pacchetto Office (Word, Excel, ecc.)
- Lavora con metodo, precisione, capacità organizzativa.
- Abita entro una distanza ragionevole (max 10 km) da Salò e zone limitrofe.

Retribuzione: €743,23 - €1.773,12 al mese

Disponibilità:

- Dal lunedì al venerdì

Retribuzione supplementare:

- Quattordicesima
- Tredicesima
