Regional Business Manager - Internship

Main activities

Within HAIER Europe, the Business Sector Washing is responsible for the group's washing products development (Washing Machines, Dryers, Dishwashers) of the three brands HAIER, HOOVER and CANDY and the complete value chain from the procurement, R&D. brand and product management and distribution to the countries. As HAIER HQ interface to the countries, the department Business Sector steers closely the brands business performance, coordinates the international assortments and proactively supports the category management approach in each country to ensure continuous growth. You’ll get the opportunity to work in an international and intercultural team in a fast-growing business environment, participate on projects, which will enable you to gain an in-depth understanding of the domestic appliances and consumer electronics market, challenge the status quo and be innovative.

Perform market and competitor analysis, monitor category trends, elaborate useful insights and create reports.

Co-design product and sales strategy and commercial initiatives, incl. launch of new products, marketing and communication activities

Participate on projects in cooperation with other departments such as product management, brand marketing, logistics, business planning as well as the category teams in the countries

Support day-to-day operations, incl. reports, presentations

Who we are looking for

Studies of Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or similar, experiences abroad preferred

Fluent in English (written and spoken); further languages are a plus

Strong MS Office skills (esp. Excel, PowerPoint)

Passionate about innovation, technology especially for domestic appliances and consumer electronic products

Autonomous, reliable way of working, international mindset and open to diversity and new challenges, strong interpersonal skills, curious and eager to learn
