**Order Processing and Transport Specialist** primarily for the APAC region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with freight forwarders partners to organize sea&air transportation (primarily for APAC region, ensuring most competitive rates and good service level).
- Manage spot requests of transports coming from several department and domestic MTO distribution.
- Verification and validation of standard sales orders entered via SAP and Sales Portal, following the pre-established procedures and monitored by shared KPIs.
- Liaise with Production Planning and Logistics teams to manage the readiness of goods and ensure timely shipping activities, including preparing load plans, issuing bills, and managing shipping documentation.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with subsidiaries regarding order status, changes, delays, or anomalies until delivery at destination.
- Handle inquiries and complaints related to the complete sales flow, ensuring customer satisfaction and issue resolution.

**Competences and requirements**:

- Degree in Foreign Languages and / or Economics;
- Excellent knowledge of English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Familiarity with transportation management;
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a Manufacturing industry
- Strong client and service orientation, with excellent problem-solving skills;
- Precision, accuracy and organizational skills;
- Planning & Organization;
- Highly appreciated knowledge of SAP management;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
