As a Credit Collector Apprenticeship, you will be responsible for assisting in the collection of outstanding debts and delinquent accounts. You will work under the guidance of experienced credit collection professionals to learn the best practices and strategies for communicating with debtors, negotiating payment arrangements, and maintaining accurate records of collection efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all communication and payment arrangements with debtors.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for improving collection performance.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop knowledge and skills in credit collection and financial services.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills in credit collection and financial services.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions from experienced professionals.
