Our Client is an international leading provider of innovative and flexible **Leasing solutions**. Active in more than 40 Countries, the Company specializes in Industry, Product and Asset knowledge, particularly in the Transportation, Industrial Equipment and Technology Markets. For the strengthening of its local structure, it has asked us to search for the following professional figure:
**HEAD OF LEASING CONTRACT DEPARTMENT**

**Posizione**:
**Main Responsibilities**:

- Supervision of the preparation and management of Leasing Contracts from approval to commencement.
- Coordinate the management and verification of KYC obligations, including periodic reviews.
- Manage relationships with Banking & Insurance Companies.
- Manage and lead a Team of around 15 people, ensuring high results and Team cohesion.

**Requisiti**:
**Requirements**:

- At least 4 / 6 years of proven experience in a similar role, within the Financial Leasing Sector.
- Previous experience in managing a medium to large Team.
- Knowledge of main financial incentives (e.g., SABATINI, Central Guarantee Fund).
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Professional knowledge of the English language (mandatory).
