Marketing Intern

Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting a Marketing intern. 

This is full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.  

The expected start date is at the end of January.

Objectives and internship activities:

The aim of the internship, in addition to an initial induction and orientation phase within the company, includes the following activities, which the intern will carry out alongside the Tutor and gradually with increasing autonomy.

In particular, the intern will focus on graphic design and content creation tasks:

• Benchmarking to identify best practices to implement on social networks and creating projects/calendars for their execution.
• Designing advertisements and flyers to communicate offers and events to the public and hotel clients.
• Creating printed or digital marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, catalogs, reports, presentations, and other visual content.
• Providing graphic support in creating presentations such as reports, marketing plans, etc.
• Supporting the daily management of all social media channels, adapting visual content for different platforms.
• Collaborating to engage on social media and update content on local digital channels.
• Retouching images of food, services, and the property.
• Creating special effects and digital animations for social and digital content.

Candidate requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
• Excellent knowledge of the Office Suite.
• Excellent knowledge of the following graphic software: Canva + Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Illustrator.
• Video editing skills are a plus.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Proactivity and flexibility.
