Business Development Manager (Italy)
to join our growing international team.

About the Role :

As the
Business Development Manager in Italy
, you'll take the lead in developing and growing UGREEN's
NAS and accessory product lines
across the market. This is a strategic role focused on
channel development
,
distributor partnerships
, and
sales growth
within the
consumer electronics, IT, and B2B sectors
.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for
    NAS and accessory products
    in Italy to achieve growth and market share targets.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage key distributors, resellers, and retail partners within
    consumer electronics, IT, and storage channels
    .
  • Build strong relationships with major partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment with UGREEN's brand direction.
  • Conduct regular market visits, competitor analysis, and performance reviews to optimize product positioning.
  • Collaborate closely with European and HQ teams on marketing, promotions, and brand activation activities.
  • Represent UGREEN at
    industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows
    to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 3+ years' experience
    in business development, channel sales, or account management, ideally in
    consumer electronics, IT hardware, or data storage (NAS)
    industries.
  • Solid understanding of
    CE / IT / distribution networks
    .
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Professional Italian language and English proficiency.
  • Willingness to travel domestically for client meetings and events.
