to join our Milan branch.

About the Role

As
Air & Ocean Freight Manager
, you will work directly alongside the Branch Manager to develop and grow our Air & Ocean operations. This is a pivotal role where you'll shape the department, lead a small team, and ensure operational excellence while driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage Air & Ocean freight operations for import and export.
  • Build and develop the Air & Ocean team, providing leadership and guidance.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager on strategic growth initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with carriers, partners, and clients.
  • Drive efficiency and profitability within the department.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in
    Air & Ocean freight operations
    within a freight forwarding environment.
  • Previous experience leading or supervising small teams.
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping processes and documentation.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for growth and development.
