We are looking for an energetic and results-driven
Business Development Representative (BDR)
to join our growing Salesl team in Milan. Reporting to our Business Development Team Lead, you will play a key role in driving business growth across the region by identifying new opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and promoting K2's full portfolio of services. Success in this role requires a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.

What can you expect?
As a Salesperson, Your Activities Will Involve

  • Cold/warm calling potential clients.
  • Lead generation and lead chasing to identify new potential clients, opening up new lines of business and managing existing accounts.
  • Building your own client portfolio and expanding opportunities within existing accounts.
  • This includes selling across the entire K2 service portfolio with a strong focus on Consulting Services.
  • Identifying clients' pain points and offering adequate solutions.
  • Being flexible to working in a 360 capacity or collaborating with the resource teams to fulfill staffing needs within accounts.

Who are we looking for?
We Need Someone Who

  • Has a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an IT Consultancy/Sales role would be considered a plus.
  • Is comfortable working on the phone and business-to-business cold/warm calling.
  • Is genuinely interested in technology and innovation.
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills & organizational skills.
  • Is proactive, a team player, self-motivated and willing to learn.
  • Proficiency in either French or German is essential for this role.

Compensation: € 650 net per month
Duration: 6 months
