The Account Director builds solid relationships with and provides support to a selected portfolio of Top Manufacture clients. The Director handles all day-to-day servicing, drives revenue goals, and increases Circana penetration and value acknowledgment with key client contacts.

Job Responsibilities

-Enhance Circana's connection with Clients, building strategic relationships based on value.
-Manage and implement Circana's strategic approach to the client, creating business insights, and supporting day-to-day needs.
-Contribute to revenue and opportunity pipeline of assigned Clients, achieving commercial target on his/her client portfolio.
-Foster cross-functional teamwork to lead the right solutions to the client.
-Create high client satisfaction by managing expectations and providing excellent customer service.
-Understand and communicate complex data in an easily digestible format.
