We are looking for a hands-on and motivated team member to support and execute our pop-up set ups for the Italian market

The position requires extensive travel (70% travel – 30% office-based), as this role will be responsible for pop-up set-ups and sales activities for the Italian market. The role is based in Milan.

• Support the planning and coordination of pop-up events, including hands-on on-site presence at each location
• Organize team travel and logistics, coordinating venues, schedules, and timelines to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate closely with venue partners, suppliers, and internal teams to guarantee seamless execution
• Manage product orders and ensure accurate quantities for every pop-up location
• Oversee the setup and dismantling of pop-up spaces, maintaining high standards throughout
• Actively engage with customers on-site, contributing to sales goals and creating a memorable shopping experience

• You bring over 3 years of hands-on experience in retail, pop-up stores, and event management, thriving in dynamic and fast-paced environments
• You are highly organized, with excellent logistical and planning skills that ensure every project runs smoothly
• You have a results-driven, sales-oriented mindset and enjoy turning opportunities into success
• You are a strong communicator, able to build relationships and inspire both colleagues and customers alike
• You are fluent in English and comfortable working in an international, collaborative setting

• Du unterstützt unser Team bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Content für unsere Social-Media-Kanäle (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Channel)
• Du beteiligst dich aktiv an der Produktion von Content, insbesondere für unsere Pop-up-Events
• Du hast ein Gespür für Trends und entwickelst eigene Social-Media-Formate, um unsere Reichweite zu steigern und die Brand Awareness von Motel a Miio zu stärken

• Du hast eine positive Einstellung und bringst viel Energie sowie kreative Ideen ins Team
• Du bist kommunikationsstark und weißt, wie man Menschen über Social Media begeistert
• Du bist aufgeschlossen, proaktiv und fühlst dich in der digitalen Welt und einem dynamischen Umfeld wohl
• Du bist flexibel und hast Spaß daran, Inhalte für verschiedene Plattformen und Pop-up-Events zu erstellen
• Du brennst für Social Media und Content Creation und entwickelst gerne neue kreative Formate
