Customer Service Specialist – 6 months paid internship

If you are passionate about the world of cosmetics and want to challenge yourself with a 6 months internship experience in our Customer Service Department, this offer could fit you.

Key responsibilities

The 
Customer Service Specialist
 will actively contribute to:

  • Manage and maintain of customer records
  • Manage the order process, from receipt of the order to delivery to the customers assigned
  • Issue of invoices,
  • Manage returns, disputes and issuance of related credit notes
  • Correspondence with customers, responding to their needs and providing them with timely answers and solutions
  • Support the International customers, providing answers and solutions with an empathetic, reassuring and professional approach
  • Support the sales team and the other business functions with daily contacts (Logistics, Finance and Demand planning) in order to guarantee the customer satisfaction always ensuring the respect of the corporate strategy
  • Process and share of reports, as well as active participation in projects aimed at implementing new processes and procedures

What is requested:

  • Customer orientation
  • Conflict resolution, negotiation skills and strong problem solving orientation
  • Highly motivated/a and enthusiastically participating in the team
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office package and in particular Excel, knowledge of Infor XA is a plus
  • Effective written and spoken communication in English and Spanish (knowledge of any other language is a plus)
  • Advance skills on Microsoft Office

We offer:

  • 6 months paid internship, 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday schedule, 800€ salary per month
  • 9€ ticket restaurant (per working day)
