What you'll do:

You'll play a key role in a kitchen where precision meets creativity. Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll support every stage of the process — from the first cut to the final plate — helping bring to life the soul of Mediterranean cooking: bright, honest flavours, seasonal produce, and a natural elegance, balanced with the finesse of international cuisine. Expect clean lines on the plate, depth without heaviness, and a refined balance that lets every ingredient speak.

You'll help run service with intention and control: anticipating needs, supporting the brigade, keeping energy high and standards consistently high.

When it gets intense — and it will — you'll stay composed, focused, and hands-on, leading by example and ensuring excellence is delivered, service after service.

Who you are:

  • You know your craft. Years on the line have built discipline — and taught you when to be bold, push boundaries, and support the vision of the kitchen.
  • You understand the language of great cooking: technique, balance, clean flavours, and the ability to elevate simple ingredients into something memorable. Your style blends structure and creativity, adapting seamlessly to different services and demands.
  • You lead people, not just plates: your team trusts you for how you work side by side with them, how you share knowledge, and how closely you watch the details that make the difference.
  • You're calm, curious, and never satisfied with "good enough." You take pride in consistency, precision, and helping every plate, every night, meet the standard you stand for — together with the Head Chef.
