AccessiWay, the first company fully dedicated to digital accessibility, is looking for a motivated and charismatic Sales Development Representative to join our growing team and support the Sales Department by identifying and developing potential clients.

You'll become an expert in AccessiWay's services, learn how we make the digital world accessible for everyone, and contribute to the mission of creating an inclusive internet.

Your Mission

Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound activities (cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach) to generate interest and schedule meetings for the Sales team.

Collaborate closely with Account Executives to support the full sales cycle.

Use a consultative and creative approach to understand clients' goals and deliver value.

Stay up to date on accessibility trends and continuously improve your sales techniques.

Show a genuine desire to learn and implement best practices.

What You Bring

2-3 years of experience in outbound sales or lead generation.

Experience using CRM platforms and lead generation tools such as Apollo, Lusha, and Lemlist.

Excellent communication and presentation skills (both phone and email).

A charismatic, passionate, and customer-focused attitude.

Motivation, autonomy, and resilience — you're proactive, self-driven, and adaptable to change.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Fluency in Italian and English

Team spirit and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have

Previous experience in B2B service sales and lead generation.

Familiarity with the Italian market.

Background in selling SaaS products.
