We are looking for a qualified professional willing to be part of our Melt Shops Customer Service Team, with strong passion for technology and motivation to work within a multicultural and challenging environment. 

You will work in an international Company characterized by high technology complexity.

In this role you will ensure the correct management of after sales activities taking care of the customer's needs and providing him with valuable solutions in terms of spare parts, technical assistances and modernizations  with the aim to improve plant conditions and performance.

You will be part of the EAF product line, within Upstream Business Unit.

The candidate will take responsibility of the following activities:

  • Address customer issues and coordinate troubleshooting activities
  • Generate customer service leads through regular visits and communications with customers
  • Identify the most suitable technical solution enhancing customer performance and KPIs
  • Retrive technical information from the plant to the R&D and Technical Departments for product improvement 

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Previous experience in the steel making industry (min 2 years)
  • Good knowledge of office package (Excel, Word)
  • Good Knowledge of English, writing and speaking
  • Willingness to travel
  • Workplace: Castellanza (VA)
