Senior Director, Go-To-Market Excellence CHC

Purpose of the Job

Build global commercial excellence capabilities, strategic customer selling stories and category and brand playbooks to dramatically enhance go-to-market performance for our strategic brands across diverse growth markets internationally. The role requires deep and strategic understanding of RGM, RTM, GTM and e-commerce strategies, to optimize execution whilst improving cost-to-serve, channel efficiency, and Pharmacy partnership. The creation of powerful go-to-market commercial playbooks ensures consistent, high-quality execution of our strategic consumer healthcare across diverse markets stages and archetypes.

Principal Accountabilities

Go-to-Market
Strategy

  • Develop GTM strategy for our strategic global brands, outlining channel roles across pharmacy, retail, mass, and e-commerce.
  • Inspire and define high commercial execution standards across markets.

Revenue Growth Management

  • Build global RGM frameworks including price-pack architecture, product mix, promotion strategy, and channel pricing.
  • Provide tools and playbooks to support markets in improving G2N and margin performance non our strategic CHC brands
  • Partner with Finance and Market Teams on RGM implementation.

E-Commerce & Customer Excellence

  • Lead global e-commerce strategy for pure play Pharmacy and omnichannel retailers.
  • Provide in-store and digital shelf execution playbooks based on global best practice.
  • Create customer selling stories and key account management toolkits that achieve category captaincy and disproportionate influence in our most crucial customers
  • Support markets in improving distribution, visibility, service levels, and omnichannel experience.

Commercial Analytics & Capabilities

  • Create global dashboards and KPIs for commercial performance.
  • Partner with strategic markets on RGM, e-commerce, and inspire breakthrough commercial execution.

Qualifications

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 12 years in RGM, Commercial Excellence, E-commerce, or Sales Strategy within Consumer Health, FMCG, or OTC.
  • Strong experience in pricing, promo optimization, customer execution, and channel strategy.
  • Proven ability to lead global commercial capability programs.

Education

  • Master's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related commercial fields.
  • Additional certifications in Commercial Excellence, Pricing, or E-commerce are a plus.
