The candidate will be joining the Marketing Pricing team and will have the opportunity to learn in a dynamic, stimulating and fast growing environment. Starting from day one, under the tutor supervision, the candidate will progressively get familiar with the Company pricing strategy and management.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

* You will collaborate with your tutor in:

* Supporting the definition of commercial policies (price/volumes by channels);

* Supporting the reports production to monitor price movements over the years;

* Collaborating with the team to analyze the macro-scenario to have a better understanding of the market, identifying threats and opportunities;

* Reporting, delivering business KPIs;

* Supporting to analyze trends in emerging segments/markets for all seasonalities, providing inputs for new commercial policies;

* Collaborating with the team to determine sell-in and sell-out prices for products and services according to production and logistics costs, margins, competition prices and price positioning;

* Work closely with local teams in detecting areas of improvement, with a continuous exchange of information between HQ and local teams;

* Monitoring global market trends and competitors sell-in and sell-out price positioning;

* Providing monthly reports for management meetings.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

* Degree in Marketing / Economics / Management Engineering;

* Native Italian or English, Fluent Business English or Italian;

* Knowledge of Ms Office suite (esp. Ms. Excel);

* Demonstrable high-end analytical and numeric skills;
