Per un fondo di Private Equity siamo alla ricerca di un Head of Finance.

La figura, a diretto riporto del CFO, sarà responsabile della supervisione di tutte le attività amministrative, contabili, finanziarie e operative della SGR, garantendo la piena conformità normativa e il corretto funzionamento dei fondi gestiti.

Responsabilità principali

1. Amministrazione e Bilancio

  • Supervisione della contabilità generale e analitica della SGR.
  • Gestione del ciclo di bilancio: chiusure trimestrali/annuali, audit, bilancio civilistico.
  • Predisposizione del
    budget
    e dell'analisi degli scostamenti.
  • Gestione della tesoreria e dei flussi di cassa della società e dei fondi.
  • Coordinamento con consulenti fiscali e società di revisione.

2. Fund Administration & NAV

  • Supervisione del calcolo dei NAV dei fondi (PE, PD, RE, VC o armonizzati, a seconda dell'operatività).
  • Monitoraggio di capital call, richiami, distribuzioni e waterfall.
  • Gestione dei rapporti con i fund administrator esterni e con la banca depositaria.
  • Controllo dei processi di valutazione delle partecipazioni/asset dei fondi.

3. Compliance Finanziaria e Normativa

  • Supporto nella preparazione delle segnalazioni prudenziali (Banca d'Italia).
  • Verifica della corretta implementazione delle normative AIFMD e regolamenti interni.
  • Supporto ai team Compliance e Risk nelle attività di reporting.
  • Coordinamento dei processi con i revisori dei fondi.

4. Operations & Governance

  • Predisposizione della documentazione per CdA, Comitati e Organi di Vigilanza.
  • Definizione e aggiornamento dei processi operativi e delle procedure di controllo interno.
  • Coordinamento dei rapporti con partner esterni (depositaria, legal advisor, fiscalisti).
  • Ottimizzazione dei workflow amministrativi e delle attività operative.

5. Investor Reporting & Due Diligence

  • Predisposizione della reportistica periodica verso gli investitori (LPs).
  • Gestione delle richieste di informazione da parte degli investitori e supporto al fundraising.
  • Preparazione della data room finanziaria per due diligence di fondi e investitori istituzionali.

Requisiti

  • Laurea in Economia, Finance, Accounting o discipline affini.
  • Preferibile background in Big4, auditing, fund administration o realtà PE/RE.
  • 7+ anni di esperienza in SGR, Asset Management, Private Equity/Private Debt, Real Estate o Fund Administration.
  • Esperienza nella gestione dei rapporti con depositaria, revisori e advisor esterni.
  • Conoscenza approfondita di bilancio, contabilità e principi IAS/IFRS (plus).

Competenze tecniche

  • Ottima conoscenza delle normative
    AIFMD
    e regolatori Banca d'Italia.
  • Competenza nella gestione e supervisione dei NAV.
  • Ottima padronanza di Excel e strumenti di reporting.
  • Inglese fluente.

  • Leadership e capacità di coordinamento.
  • Precisione, affidabilità e approccio strutturato ai processi.
  • Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente regolamentato e orientato al dettaglio.
  • Ottime doti comunicative verso organi interni e investitori.
