Responsibilities:
Manages the operational aspects of projects and programs and has responsibility for Programmes and Projects to Clinical Centres and Patients, with a view of delivering the very best of IQVIA's experience, expertise and capabilities.
The role is a concrete opportunity to shape one of the most exciting segments in Health Care and entails the following:
- Provide Management reports relating to Programmes finances and performance.
- Provide input into project proposals and RFPs and participate in proposal development and sales/proposal presentations
- Acts as a single point of contact for project/program status
- Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
- Design, delivery and management of innovative solutions, projects for Clients.
- Planning programs and project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
- Work with line managers to ensure that any study, staff or communication issues are accurately and promptly escalated and resolved.
- Ensure that staff work to the highest standard in compliance with current SOPs, relevant guidelines/policies and regulatory requirements.
Candidate Profile - Summary
- 5 years of work experience, either in Services (consulting, project management) or in Industry
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects in large corporate settings, with accountability for P&L and results
- Excellent organizational, leadership, client relationship skills
- Outstanding analytics, problem solving
- Experience and passion for Health Care
- BsC or Master Degree
- Proficiency in English
