We are looking for a highly proactive and innovative Junior Procurement Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is not only academically qualified, but is also eager to take initiative, propose new ideas, and actively contribute to process improvement. This role offers significant opportunities for growth and learning in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support procurement activities and operational processes within the team
  • Collaborate on the optimization of procedures and the implementation of innovative solutions
  • Analyze data and prepare reports to support decision-making
  • Actively participate in projects focused on innovation and continuous improvement
  • Organize and plan assigned tasks with increasing autonomy
  • Interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders to gather information and manage requests

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Technical Sciences, or related fields
  • Strong inclination towards innovation, curiosity, and willingness to learn
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Proactive attitude and initiative: we are looking for someone who goes beyond "just doing" and actively proposes solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency with common IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Fluency in English

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in the financial services industry
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices and market trends
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
