Offriamo una retribuzione allineata all'esperienza, opportunità di sviluppo e continuità all'interno di un gruppo in forte crescita, vitto e alloggio. Il contratto sarà inizialmente stagionale con concrete possibilità di collaborare in modo continuativo.

Responsabilità:

  • La risorsa, riportando al Food and Beverage Manager, supervisionerà e coordinerà l'operatività del team di sala, in modo da garantire copertura di tutte le necessità e garantendo altresì elevati standard di servizio;
  • Sarà suo compito proporre un'eccellente proposta gastronomica;
  • La risorsa dovrà garantire la gestione della sala sulla base delle prenotazioni e degli eventi previsti, assicurandosi che il servizio fornito sia eccellente e allineato agli standard aziendali;
  • Coordinerà l'allestimento dei tavoli, curandone la mise en place;

Requisiti:

  • La persona che stiamo cercando è un/a brillante professionista con comprovata esperienza nel ruolo in hotel a 5 stelle;
  • La risorsa è precisa, flessibile e orientata alla soddisfazione dell'ospite, possiede ottime abilità comunicative, organizzative e di leadership;
  • Un'ottima conoscenza della lingua tedesca e inglese costituisce un requisito essenziale;
  • Gradita dimestichezza con il gestionale iSelz;
