About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Channel Manager, based in Italy to be the face of PrestaShop in the Italian market.In this role, you will drive indirect revenue growth by building a high-performing Expert Agency ecosystem, managing strategic partners, and representing PrestaShop at events and in the local ecosystem.This position blends commercial leadership, ecosystem strategy, and market representation.ResponsibilitiesPartner Performance & Revenue: Manage relationships with top Italian Expert Agencies and drive partner-sourced revenue.Pipeline & Forecasting: Build and monitor a robust indirect revenue pipeline with KPIs.Co-Sell Leadership: Lead joint sales cycles with agencies and internal teams for high-value deals.Solution Adoption: Ensure active promotion of PrestaShop's strategic solutions (Checkout, Hosting, Enterprise).Business Planning: Develop annual business plans with agencies and review quarterly performance.Agency Recruitment: Identify, attract, and onboard high-potential Italian agencies.Market Structuring: Build a tiered, high-quality Expert ecosystem focused on revenue and merchant satisfaction.Brand Representation: Act as PrestaShop's spokesperson at events, roadshows, and ecosystem gatherings.What We're Looking ForProven experience in channel sales or indirect revenueStrong track record of partner-driven revenue growthExcellent presentation and public speaking skillsCommercial acumen (pipeline, forecasting, incentives)Leadership, autonomy, and market ownershipFluent in Italian & English (French is a plus)BenefitsSalary range : ****** € - ****** € annual + variable (depending on profile and experience)Flexible remote workHealth InsuranceAbout PrestaShopPrestaShop is a global e-commerce platform supported by an ecosystem of Expert Agencies.Through this ecosystem, PrestaShop drives growth by enabling partners to recommend, implement, and promote its strategic solutions, including Checkout, Hosting, and Enterprise.#J-*****-Ljbffr
