Major & Strategic Account ExecutiveWorking in our Legal & Regulatory division where we help legal and compliance professionals enhance productivity, mitigate risk, and solve complex problems confidently.Libra transforms how lawyers research, draft, and deliver legal work through an AI platform that combines deep legal reasoning with cutting-edge generative technology, fundamentally changing how lawyers research, draft, and deliver legal work.About the RoleWe're looking for sharp, ambitious Enterprise Account Executives to drive Libra's growth across Big Law firms and large corporate legal departments in your assigned region.Your mission is to expand the reach of a best-in-class AI platform trusted by Europe's most innovative legal teams.What You'll DoOwn the full sales cycle: from outreach and qualification to contract signature; close collaboration with Account Managers of our content businesses that have a solid established relationship.Build and manage relationships with law firm partners, general counsels, legal operations leaders, and innovation heads.Apply strategic account planning to prioritize high-potential opportunities.Collaborate with Legal Engineering to design impactful demos, pilots, and AI workflows tailored to client needs and contribute to the professionalization of the sales process and team development.Develop a deep understanding of customers' pain points, daily workflows, and legal processes to drive sales based on the customer situation.Map complex organizational structures to identify high-value use cases.Guide multi-stakeholder deals through legal, IT, and procurement processes with precision.Maintain accurate pipeline management and apply qualification frameworks to improve forecasting.Utilize a customer focused sales methodology (e.g., Challenger Sale) to qualify and advance complex deals.Deliver compelling presentations and business cases that demonstrate Libra's ROI and strategic impact.Share market insights and customer feedback with Product and Leadership to influence the roadmap.Contribute to and refine our enterprise sales playbook – we're building this motion together.What You'll BringEducationBachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration or a related commercial field.Experience3–6 years of B2B SaaS new sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota through complex, high-value deals.Strong commercial instincts and confidence engaging C-level decision-makers in legal, compliance, or operations.Proven ability to navigate complex procurement cycles and influence cross-functional buying committees.Experience selling into law firms, legal departments, or professional services – or the curiosity and drive to learn quickly.SkillsExceptional communication and storytelling skills – you inspire confidence in every conversation.Collaborative mindset: you thrive working alongside Customer Success, Legal Engineering, and Product teams.Entrepreneurial spirit: proactive, structured, and outcome-driven.Native-level proficiency in the local language and fluent English.High trust, high urgency, and a genuine passion for how AI is transforming the legal industry.Nice to haveLegal background (law degree or law firm experience), especially if you're ready to move from practicing law to transforming it.Familiarity with legal tech or enterprise SaaS platforms and their value proposition.WorkingtogetherThis is a hybrid role, where you will spend at least eight days a month at our office, where you'll enjoy the benefits of connecting and collaborating with your colleagues in person.What We OfferIn just over a year, we've established ourselves as Europe's fastest-growing legal AI company by partnering with leading law firms, corporate legal departments, and publishers.As part of Wolters Kluwer's Legal & Regulatory Division, Libra is building the operating system for modern legal work — and you can help us write its next chapter.ContactFor any questions, please feel free to contact recruiting manager Claudia Funk by email ator by phone at +31 6 .Interview PracticesTo maintain a fair and genuine hiring process, we kindly ask that all candidates participate in interviews without the assistance of AI tools or external prompts.Our interview process is designed to assess your individual skills, experiences, and communication style.We value authenticity and want to ensure we're getting to know you — not a digital assistant.Please note that use of AI-generated responses or third-party support during interviews will be grounds for disqualification from the recruitment process.Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process.#J-*****-Ljbffr
