A global dental implant manufacturer is expanding its European DSO and group practice strategy and looking to hire a Business Development Representative to support this growth.You will work closely with a senior European DSO lead to manage high-level negotiations with major dental groups across Europe.The focus is on lead development, coordination, onboarding support, and regional intelligence with the overall objective of increasing, identifying and capitalising on opportunities.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and qualify DSO, group practice and large clinic opportunities in your assigned regionMaintain structured lead tracking and follow-up across ongoing projectsSupport onboarding of new DSO customers once commercial interest has been validatedCoordinate with local dealers, agents and internal teams to gather required information and materialsPrepare and adapt proposals, presentations and documentation using existing templatesCollect regional market intelligence (DSO structures, implant brands in use, pricing dynamics, procurement models)Support ongoing DSO projects by managing communication, documentation and next stepsEnsure data accuracy and regular reporting across shared tools (Excel / CRM-style trackers)Key requirementsExperience in the dental implant sector with prior exposure to the DSO environmentStrong organisational and follow-up skills; comfortable handling multiple parallel projectsConfident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders (local dealers, DSO HQ, internal teams)Independent, proactive, and comfortable operating in a lean, fast-evolving structureDSO Manager Southern Europe • Rome, ITALY#J-*****-Ljbffr
