Seltis Hub D&I ricerca, per azienda chimica internazionale specializzata nella produzione e commercializzazione di gas tecnici industriali e medicali, un/una CustomerService Assistant per la sede di Milano.La risorsa sarà inserita nel team Customer Service Homecare e avrà le seguenti le responsabilità:- Fornire assistenza telefonica ai pazienti per i servizi sanitari domiciliari; - Gestire le caselleemail comuni; - Redigere report utilizzando i principali strumenti informatici; - Collaborare con ilteam e i dipartimenti interni (logistica, assistenza tecnica, amministrazione) per risolvere problematiche complesse; - Ascoltare attivamente e analizzare i problemi, trovando soluzioni tempestive.La/Il candidata/o sarà in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:- Diploma di scuola superiore; - Capacità di lavorare in autonomia (previa formazione e supporto); - Serietà, precisione, capacità di analisi, flessibilità operativa ed elevato senso etico; - Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Offíce; - Eccellente capacità di comunicazione scritta e verbale in italiano, preferibile conoscenza intermedia dell'inglese; - Eventuale esperienza/formazione nel settore Home Care sarà considerata un plus.Cosa si offre:- Contratto a tempo determinato di 12 mesi secondo il CCNL Chimico Farmaceutico, con possibilità di trasformazione a tempo indeterminato; - Ambiente di lavorogiovane e stimolante; - Tickets restaurantdel valore di 7,5€ cad.- Possibilità di smart-working per 6 giorni al mese, una volta raggiunta l'autonomia nel ruoloSede di lavoro: Milano#NOADV
