Join to apply for the Customer Service Assistant role at Lotus BakeriesAre you looking for an exciting job in Customer Service?Do you thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with a driven team and a mix of talent that is embedded in a strong international FMCG group?Then check out this job openingFor our Italian Sales Office, located in the city center of Milano, we are looking for a Customer Service Assistant , reporting to the Planning & Logistics Manager.ResponsibilitiesAct as focal point for customers and local commercial teams, ensuring a timely, proactive and effective approach to supply chain issuesBook and process incoming orders & order confirmations; monitor and update customers regarding order statusBe the SPOC for 3PL logistic partnersMaintain contact with the warehouses to prevent and solve any possible shipment issueCo-ordinate inbound transport from Lotus factories to Italy, manage stock and replenishmentManage customer complaints and billing issues and assist in credit control & finance administrationManage the Lotus Italy consumer careline & mailManage ad hoc administration duties for the Italian teamQualificationsFluency in Italian and EnglishMin 2 years of experience in a customer service/ logistics roleSolid knowledge of logistics processesExperience on EDI implementation project would be a plusExperience in an FMCG company is strongly recommendedSolid knowledge of SAP for order-to-cash processes (supporting customer operations)Good organization & coordination skills, friendly and open personalityPunctuality, attention to detail, and affinity with numbersStrong pro-active and customer-centric mindsetProficiency in Microsoft OfficePassion for our brandOfferGrasp the opportunity to join an ambitious and driven team with a mix of talentsBeing part of a fast growing, international company, you will get tons of on-the-job-learning and acquire new insights.In addition, you will be part of a culture where passion, team spirit and open dialogue are our main drivers.And of course, on top of that, you can enjoy delicious branded snacks every daySeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionAdministrative, Customer Service, and Supply ChainIndustriesFood and Beverage Manufacturing#J-*****-Ljbffr
