We are seeking a highly motivated Director of Partnerships to lead our Account Management team and drive the success of our client relationships and strategic partnerships.This role will oversee a team of Account Managers, ensuring world-class client service, balanced resourcing across studios, and the continued growth of our business.The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills with a deep understanding of account management, financial oversight, and cross-functional collaboration.ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and grow the Account Management team, including hiring, training, and performance management.Define job levels, responsibilities, and development roadmaps for Account Managers.Oversee strategic client relationships, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term growth.Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Legal, PMO, Studios) to ensure smooth execution of client engagements.Drive operational excellence through effective resource planning, forecasting, and contract management.Monitor financial performance across accounts, including budgets, forecasts, invoices, and P&Ls.Support studio growth by identifying opportunities to increase capacity and billable headcount.Provide regular reporting to leadership on client portfolio health, studio performance, and pipeline.Requirements8+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or client services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Experience in the gaming industry, with expertise in XDev, co-development, and production.Proven success in building and leading high-performing teams.Strong background in client relationship management and strategic partnerships.Solid financial acumen, with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple priorities.Why Join UsBe a key leader shaping the success of our partnerships and client relationships.Work closely with studios and cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth.Opportunity to make a tangible impact on the company's strategic direction and financial success.BenefitsWorking with an international team of world-class professionals on exciting and challenging projects.Learning & Development opportunities – mentoring, lectures, participation at industry conferences and events.Sensibly flexible working hours.Role Information: ENStudio: SperasoftService: CreateEmployment Type: Full-timeWorking Pattern: Hybrid / Remote#J-*****-Ljbffr
