Borgo Vescine, esclusivo hotel 5 stelle situato nel cuore del Chianti, è alla ricerca di unEvents Agent & Front Office Supportcon esperienza consolidata nel settore dell'hospitality e nella gestione di relazioni con agenzie di viaggio, relativamente al settore eventi.La figura risponderà direttamente alla Direzione dell'albergo e alla Front Office Manager, agirà come supervisore delegato per i vari reparti nelle attività durante le giornate evento, riportando con puntualità eventuali problematiche alla Direzione stessa e sollevandola dagli impegni operativi più immediati.La figura è inclusa nella rotazione del reparto Front Office e Conciergerie, prendendo quindi parte alle attività di tale reparto.In questo modo, contribuirà a garantire un servizio di altissimo livello e il regolare funzionamento dell'intera struttura.Responsabilità principaliGestione di eventi e matrimoni, dalla pianificazione alla realizzazione, garantendo un'esperienza personalizzata e di alto livello.Redazione di Event Sheet dettagliati con tutte le specifiche operative dell'evento (utilizzo di Google Drive, Drop Box e altri sistemi di archiviazione digitale)Creazione e aggiornamento di brochure, menù e materiali promozionali in linea con il brand dell'hotel (utilizzo professionale di Canva).Supervisione dei rapporti con agenzie di viaggio limitatamente al settore eventi (no reservations), per lo sviluppo di partnership e pacchetti su misura, in accordo con la Direzione.Relazione diretta con gli ospiti, con particolare attenzione alla gestione delle richieste legate agli eventi e ai soggiorni ad essi connessi.Attività operative di Front Office e Conciergerie, inclusi accoglienza ospiti, check-in e check-out, gestione delle richieste in house e coordinamento dei servizi interni, sotto, la supervisione della Front Office Manager.Supervisione dei reparti coinvolti nelle attività giornaliere dedicate agli eventi, segnalando tempestivamente eventuali criticità alla Direzione.RequisitiEsperienza pregressa in alberghi di lusso, preferibilmente in un hotel 5 stelle o simili.Conoscenza approfondita del settore events e delle dinamiche di collaborazione con agenzie di viaggio (eventi).Ottime doti organizzative e attenzione al dettaglio.Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese (la conoscenza di altre lingue è un plus).Passione per l'ospitalità di lusso e per la cura dell'esperienza del cliente.Se sei una persona dinamica, con forte orientamento al risultato e desiderosa di far parte di un team di eccellenza, inviaci la tua candidatura.Unisciti a noi per creare esperienze indimenticabili#J-*****-Ljbffr
