Thanks to Hyatt's training and support, I now oversee a brilliant team that helps brings events to life."The Commis de Cuisine is familiar with the various kitchen sections and demonstrates a strong sense of teamwork.They operate in full alignment with our company philosophy, brand standards, and standard operating procedures, helping to foster a positive and collaborative working environment.Main responsibilities include:Supporting the Chef de Partie in preparing the mise en place and ensuring a clean, organized workstation at all times;Maintaining professional, respectful, and ethical interactions with colleagues, suppliers, and guests;Demonstrating a proactive team spirit and actively contributing to a culture of cooperation and mutual support;Ensuring full compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations, including fridge temperature checks, proper food labeling, station sanitation, and appropriate use of cleaning and hygiene products;Monitoring the proper use, care, and maintenance of kitchen equipment and tools provided;Actively participating in training sessions and consistently applying the knowledge and techniques acquired.QualificationsQualifications and RequirementsCandidates must already hold a valid work permit for employment in ItalyMinimum of 1 year of previous experience, preferably within hotel or resort kitchensStrong sense of professionalism and reliabilityAbility to work under pressure and as part of a teamFlexibility to work on a rotating shift scheduleHigh attention to detailExcellent command of the Italian languageOur family is always growing.Want to be in the know?#J-*****-Ljbffr
