ALI PROFESSIONAL ricerca per azienda cliente settore calzature per la sede produttiva a Carinaro (CE),un/una HR Plant SpecialistL'HR Plant Specialist guida e gestisce la pianificazione complessiva di selezione, formazione e sviluppo del personale, con il fine di sostenere la crescita del sito.Nello specifico si occuperà di:· Agire come partner strategico per i manager, guidando e supportando le decisioni relative al personale· Implementare le attività formative e di sviluppo per accrescere le competenze della popolazione aziendale· Valutare le prestazioni professionali di tutti i dipendenti, intervenendo con attività in itinere di orientamento e feedback· Identificare il fabbisogno di personale e attivarsi nel processo di reclutamento, tramite canali e strategie di talent attraction ad hoc rispetto alla figura professionale richiesta· Definire il processo di selezione, coinvolgendo responsabili e manager, guidandoli nella scelta del miglior candidato· Organizzare le attività di onboarding per i nuovi assunti, strutturando l'iter di valutazione e sviluppo per ognuno di essi· Garantire il rispetto di leggi e norme interne, e intervenire in caso di mancato adempimento degli obblighi previsti, tramite richiami disciplinari e altre iniziative· Fungere da collegamento tra la direzione e i dipendenti interpretando le richieste, proponendo soluzioni e attivando iniziative per implementare i serviziDesideriamo incontrate candidati e candidate in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:· Laurea in discipline economiche, giuridiche o umanistiche· Pregressa esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 5 anni, in realtà produttive.· Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)· Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese, l'eventuale conoscenza della lingua francese è considerata requisito preferenzialeFondamentali i seguenti requisiti attitudinali:· Ottime doti di leadership, ascolto e mentoring· Capacità di affrontare multiple richieste da parte di manager e dipendenti, organizzandole per priorità· Forti capacità analitiche e di problem solving· Eccellenti capacità relazionali ed empatiche, capacità di articolare idee in modo chiaro e conciso in una varietà di situazioni, adattando il messaggio in base al pubblico (interagendo con colleghi su tutti i livelli gerarchici)· Capacità di risoluzione dei conflitti
