Who We Are We are a fast-growing HR tech startup backed by leading international VCs, having raised €9M+ from 360 Capital, IFF, Kfund, and 14Peaks.We are a team of 30+ professionals passionate about shaping the future of talent assessment.Skillvue is a Skill AI Assessment platform (SaaS) to hire top-skilled candidates and measure employee skill, culture, and leadership at scale to upskill and grow the workforce by leveraging AI.In today's evolving labour market, skills have become the top priority for HR departments and their importance will only continue to grow.Our platform enables companies to conduct Skill AI Assessments for both external and internal hiring, as well as targeted evaluations across their entire workforce.Role overviewAs an Account Executive, you will own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.You will manage long, complex sales processes involving multiple layers of stakeholders, from highly operational roles to senior decision-makers.This is a non-transactional role, requiring strategic thinking, resilience, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise organizations.Target CustomersYour target customers are enterprise companies with more than 1,000 employees, characterized by complex structures and long decision-making processes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.Lead complex, long-term negotiations with multiple stakeholders.Engage HR Directors, Heads of Talent Acquisition, Heads of People Development, internal recruiters, operational users, and executive decision-makers.Act as a trusted advisor, aligning operational needs with business and strategic priorities.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.Build and manage a strong, high-quality enterprise pipeline.Requirements & Skills5+ years of experience in HR or HR tech (HR professionals considered).Proven experience in enterprise sales with long and complex cycles.Strong ability to manage multi-stakeholder negotiations.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.High resilience and persistence are essential.Proactive, adaptable, and execution-oriented mindset.What We OfferFull-time permanent contractCompetitive salary based on experienceMeal vouchers worth 8 euros/dayA collaborative, purpose-driven culture where your ideas shape the future of workReal impact in a fast-growing startup that values people who strive to improve every day and build things they can be proud ofHybrid work environment
