TSG Italia, parte di un gruppo internazionale leader nella mobilità sostenibile, ricerca un/aEVSE Technical Specialist (Specialista Sistemi di Ricarica Veicoli Elettrici) per il potenziamento del team Service Desk.La figura sarà il punto di riferimento tecnico per gli installatori di colonnine elettriche, fornendo assistenza da remoto e garantendo la corretta configurazione e risoluzione delle problematiche sui sistemi di ricarica EVSE. Il ruolo richiede competenze tecniche unite a capacità organizzative e di coordinamento.Responsabilità principali:Fornire supporto tecnico da remoto agli installatori e manutentori per configurazione e troubleshootingGestire documentazione tecnica, procedure operative e aggiornamentiCoordinare con fornitori e ufficio tecnico per soluzioni avanzateSupportare attività di formazione tecnica interna ed esternaCollaborare con area commerciale per progetti complessiRequisitiDiploma tecnico o Laurea in ambito elettrico/elettronico/informaticoSolida base elettrotecnica e attitudine digitaleInglese fluente (contesto internazionale)Esperienza nel settore E-Mobility o affini (preferibile)Autonomia, problem solving e capacità relazionali??
