Stiamo lavorando per supportare la crescita di unastartup innovativaitaliana in forte espansione che opera nel settore dell'Agriteche delVertical Farming, ricercando per loro un/aHEAD OF SALES.La figura, riportando direttamente alla Direzione, sarà cruciale per il salto dimensionale della Società portando struttura e competenza in un contesto dinamico.Guiderà la costruzione di strategie e reti di vendita complesse per scalare il mercato di un sistema modulare brevettato, puntando all'espansione nazionale e internazionale.Quali responsabilità avrà la persona nel ruolo?1. Sviluppo, Creazione e Gestione Rete CommercialeDefinizione Strategica: Introdurreprocessi strutturatiper lo sviluppo commerciale.Creazione Rete Esterna: Progettare, selezionare e sviluppare larete di distribuzione indiretta(distributori, segnalatori, agenti).Gestione Forze Vendita Interne: Supportare la crescita e coordinare l'attività del team Sales, portando esperienza e know-how operativo.2.
