As an Account Director, you'll join the Milan.Monks team to lead the charge on integrated creative work for world-class brands.You will act as the sweet spot between our global team and our clients, ensuring delivery of best-in-class assets.We are looking for someone who is passionate about seeking new opportunities to create impactful work.ResponsibilitiesRun several medium to big-sized parallel projects across print, video, social, and digital.Steer teams and projects with great care, organisation, and confidence.Act as the key point of contact for the client; understanding business KPIs, driving meetings, and leading overall project communications.Liaise with media agencies and external partners, aligning across all agencies to create fully integrated campaigns across all touchpoints.Manage the full day-to-day workflow: briefing creative, legal, production, and language & culture teams.Ensure the team is clear on specs, deadlines, scope, and any local client or market requirements.Scope, plan, and quote projects, ensuring they are validated by internal stakeholders.Source assets from the client's DAM, log usage rights, and organise project files and documentation for creative and production teams.Build close-knit and trusted working relationships both internally and externally.About YouThe essentials:5+ years of experience coordinating projects as a Senior PM or a Senior Account Manager in advertising or agencies.Experience managing projects from end-to-end in an agency or high-growth, fast-paced environment.Clear and strong communication skills in English and Italian.Proactive, genuine, and direct communication style suited for cross-cultural teams.A strong sense of urgency; you never leave problems unaddressed.Impeccable eye for design, quality, and detail.Critical thinker who is never afraid to ask the right questions.Ambitious, gritty, and resilient with a willingness to hustle.At Monks, we believe in fostering an environment where a diversity of perspectives can thrive.We proactively work to design hiring processes that promote equity and inclusion while mitigating bias.We celebrate diversity and are committed to building a team that reflects the communities we serve.We welcome and encourage qualified applicants, from all backgrounds, who are excited to contribute to our mission.Interested?Apply for this jobMonks does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, colour, religion, age, national origin, marital status, disability, veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other reason prohibited by law in provision of employment opportunities and benefits.#J-*****-Ljbffr
