Adecco Italia monza-brianza, Italy Adecco Italia spa, Milano Contact Center ricerca un/a Order Operations Specialist per un'azienda multinazionale del settore medicale con sede a Milano, zona nord.La posizione è aperta per un iniziale contratto di somministrazione della durata di 12 mesi, con la possibilità di proroga.Requisiti:- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, che verrà testata in sede di colloquio - 2/3 anni di esperienza nella mansione presso aziende strutturate - Disponibilità oraria full-time con flessibilità in entrata e in uscita **********) Responsabilità:Il/la candidato/a selezionato/a si occuperà della gestione di tutte le operazioni, dall'inserimento dell'ordine fino all'evasione e alla consegna al cliente.Sarà responsabile di verificare le previsioni di consegna, interfacciandosi con i commerciali interni e con i clienti.Organizzerà le spedizioni fino al collaudo e si occuperà della gestione della fatturazione e del controllo della documentazione.Sono previsti 2 giorni di smart working a settimana, dopo un adeguato periodo di formazione e affiancamento in sede.L'azienda offre un ambiente di lavoro stimolante e dinamico, con possibilità di crescita professionale.La sede è facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici, nella zona nord di Milano.CCNL Metalmeccanico, RAL circa 30 K.
